PROBLEM
As a society, we are experiencing a worldwide mental health crisis that is expanding into all aspects of daily life resulting in everything from anxiety and depressive disorders, addictions, acceleration in crime, divorce, increases in mental health disorders across populations, and so on. All of these issues result in creating unhappy individuals who become unhealthy.
This crisis has led to losses in productivity, lack of support in nurturing the development of leaders, and a far reaching level of life dissatisfaction.
